If you need to take your child out of school for a planned absence, please fill in a Leave of Absence form and return it to the school office.
All medication must be handed in to the school office, in its original packaging, and accompanied with a completed Medication Request form. Failure to do so may result in a delay or inability to give your child their medicine.
During the school year your child might be photographed or recorded, this form is to specify your preferences on how these forms of media are allowed to be used.
If you believe you are eligible for Pupil Premium, which includes free school meals, please fill in this form and return it to the school office.
School meals are free for KS1 (Rec, Y1 & Y2)
Throughout the school year your child may be exposed to all types of food, whether they have school dinners or a DT lesson involving food. To keep your child safe, please fill out a Special Diet Request form and return it to the school office.
